PUBLIC HEARING
The McHenry County Mental Health Board is holding
a Public Hearing in preparation for their 3-Year Plan.
The public is invited to address the Board
with their experiences regarding:
SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH:
Mental Illness
Developmental Disabilities
Chemical Dependency
Traumatic Brain Injury
DATE: May 19, 2008
TIME: 7:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m.
LOCATION: McHenry County College Conference Center
Building B — South Entrance
Crystal Lake, Illinois
Spanish speaking and American sign language interpreters will be available.
Anyone wishing to speak may register at the door between 6:15 p.m-7:00 p.m.
Written Testimony will be accepted.
