I know all of you have been watching the progress of the state budget closely. We have been too. It has been a very difficult time for all of us at Pioneer. Staff and clients have been waiting to hear how things will effected. At this time, we know that the out grant program has been cut.
EDS continues business as usual. EDS has several revenue streams, but we did get some funds from the grant. We don't know quite how this will impact our particular program as of yet. We have to wait and see together.
It's not business as usual for the Pioneer Industries Program. Many individuals attended services under the grant funding. For these clients, their last day of service will be this Friday, the 24th .
It appears that the EDS clients are under stress knowing that they will have to say goodbye to their friends, so they might need some extra support.
